1 General Introduction

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your name, address, or contact details change, notify the support team immediately. vtb99 is not responsible for any delays in withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If the same person operates multiple accounts (using the same device, IP address, or payment method), all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions on vtb99 are offered under specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Another example: deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If vtb99 determines that a user is abusing the bonus system — such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies — vtb99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on vtb99:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• vtb99 reserves the right to void any bet that occurred as a result of a technical error.
• Bets cannot be placed if the account balance is zero; negative balances will not be created.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Markets and odds are subject to change at any time. In the event a match is cancelled or postponed, vtb99's decision regarding the relevant bet shall be considered final.

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's activity. Cashback benefits are determined on a weekly basis, and vtb99 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vtb99 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Any attempt at collusion, fraud, or deception.
• Using software bots or automated systems for betting or gaming.
• Operating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Giving minors access to an account or conducting activity on their behalf.
